"What I like about the Empyrean Township is that it truely recreates the feeling of a 'Village style' township; a haven where the residents can escape from their hectic life in the city. The public domain will not dominated by vehicles but is designed with pedestrians in mind. Streets, neighborhoods squares and a great variety of intimate parks will feel like an extension of the residents’ homes: safe and inviting places to spend quality time with friends, family and neighbors. The network of fingerparks is unique as it allows residents to walk from their home to the lakefront, the school or shopping centre, hardly crossing any roads."

"My favorite element of the design is the finger parks and the way they connect the different neighborhoods with a lush green network. The presence of the lake at the entry is a great amenity and strong entry statement. We like the way the community center provides both the intimacy of an dense urban environment but also a big open gathering space for people to have fun."
